Job summary

Kadima Healthcare is seeking an RN Supervisor to provide direct nursing care and oversee clinical operations during shifts. You will work under the Director of Nursing and with physicians to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.

You will lead non-licensed staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and support care plan implementation in a facility focused on compassionate, resident-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility).
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to supervise and support nursing staff effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor resident status and communicate changes to physicians and nursing leadership.
• Supervise and support non-licensed nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery.
• Assist in coordinating and adjusting treatment plans based on resident needs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations and standards.
• Support a safe, organized, and efficient nursing unit during assigned shifts.
