Job summary

Pikes Peak Post Acute is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities, ensuring high-quality care in compliance with federal, state, and local standards. You will supervise LVN/LPNs, CNAs, and other staff, coordinate resident care, manage IVs, and participate in training and QA initiatives.

The role requires a BSN and active RN license with CPR, plus supervisory experience in long-term care.

Qualifications

• RN license and CPR certification required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of PCC EHR (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and participate in resident care.
• Manage IVs and supervise nursing staff.
• Oversee care delivery to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with physicians and families regarding care.
• Supervise, instruct and assist LVN/LPN, CNAs and other staff.
