Job summary

Avalon Health & Rehab in Newnan, GA is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead day-to-day nursing operations on-site. The role offers full-time hours with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends and weekly pay.

You will support the Director of Nursing, supervise licensed and unlicensed staff, ensure accuracy of patient documentation and coordinate care planning in compliance with Medicare guidelines. Active Georgia RN license required.

Qualifications

• RN license in Georgia (active).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in organizing day-to-day nursing staff activities.
• Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Coordinate care planning and MDS processes with physicians.
• Supervise licensed and unlicensed staff and provide coaching.
• Ensure Medicare documentation and regulatory compliance.
