Glen Brook Rehab and Nursing is seeking RN Supervisors to join our long-term care team in Berwick, PA. This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with Day, Evening and Overnight shifts. Sign-on bonus for full-time hires who join our team.

You will supervise nursing staff, oversee resident care plan implementation, and ensure accurate documentation while fostering a collaborative, compliant environment that supports resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Previous supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units.
• Oversee implementation of resident care plans.
• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds.
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents and clinical updates.
• Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance.
