Glen Brook Rehabilitation and Nursing in Berwick, PA is seeking an RN Staff Educator and Quality Assurance to lead staff education programs and ensure high-quality care. The role is Monday-Friday with on-call weekend rotation, based in Berwick, PA.

The ideal candidate will plan and develop education programs, evaluate outcomes, and maintain instructional materials while collaborating with leadership to enhance staff skills and patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience as an RN Staff Educator and Quality Assurance, Supervisor, or similar.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, direct, evaluate, and coordinate educational and on-the-job training programs for staff.
• Incorporate instructional material and training aids into in-service programs as needed.
• Provide leadership in defining goals and objectives of in-service education.
• Develop, evaluate, and control the quality of educational programs per policies.
• Maintain records, reports, manuals, and reference materials for in-service education.

Job Summary:

Glen Brook Rehabilitation and Nursing in Berwick, Pennsylvania is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Staff Educator and Quality Assurance to join our team! As a key member of our education department, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing educational programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, direct, evaluate, and coordinate educational and on-the-job training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff

• Incorporate commercially produced instruction material and training aids into existing in-service programs as deemed necessary

• Provide leadership in formulating the goals and objectives of the in-service educational programs of the facility

• Develop, evaluate, and control the quality of in-service educational programs in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Secure, develop, and maintain records, reports, instructional manuals, reference materials, etc., pertinent to in-service educational programs
