Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing based on census and acuity to ensure safe care.
• Ensure patient safety and high-quality nursing care on all units.
• Enforce policies and maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Lead shift for admissions/discharges and coordinate physician orders.
• Mentor, train, and orient staff; ensure regulatory compliance.
