Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor on a PRN basis to lead daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strong clinical leadership to staff for safe, high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing care, coordinating care, monitoring resident conditions, and maintaining open communication with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team while promoting a positive, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
• BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience.
• No supervisory experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and professional leadership.
