Cartersville Center for Nursing and Healing in Cartersville, GA is hiring an RN Supervisor to oversee resident care and lead nursing staff in the evenings. The role includes assessing needs, administering care, evaluating outcomes, and supervising LPNs and CNAs.

You will collaborate with the DON and Unit Manager, participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings, monitor quality indicators, and contribute to performance improvement. Shifts are 3 PM–11 PM, with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in GA.
• Ability to supervise LPNs and CNAs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery of resident care and assess needs.
