Marietta Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking an RN/LPN Supervisor to oversee the delivery of nursing care for residents. The role includes supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, assessing patient needs, and evaluating care under the guidance of the DON and Unit Manager.

The position requires GA licensure (RN with 1 year or LPN with 3 years) and offers a leadership path with weekend on-call responsibilities. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in GA with 1 year of experience OR Licensed Practical Nurse in GA with 3 years of experience.
• Experience in nurse supervision and leadership within a care facility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of disciplines and participate in interdisciplinary care planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Nursing and Unit Manager with staffing and onboarding of professional staff.
• Lead clinical operations and organize a comprehensive nursing program.
• Provide nursing leadership to meet organizational goals and center targets.
• Collaborate with DON and unit manager to ensure coordination between nurses, CNAs, and medical staff.
• Lead Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings and address all indicators in care plans.
• Prepare QM/QI reports and perform data tracking to improve care quality.

We're seeking an RN/LPN Supervisor to be responsible for the supervision of the delivery of care to our residents. The RN/LPN Supervisor will assess resident needs, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise both LPNs and CNAs.

Shift:

3:00 pm - 11:0 pm Monday through Friday, with weekend on-call responsibilities.

Some of the RN/LPN Supervisor Job Responsibilities Include:

• Assists Director of Nursing and Unit Manager with staffing – Recommendations regarding needs of the Nursing department, interviews, hires, and orients professional staff.
• Clinical Leadership – the RN/LPN Supervisor Works with the DON and Unit Manager to effectively plan, organize, direct, and implement a comprehensive nursing program
• Provides Nursing Leadership to meet the goals of the organization and the individual center
• Works with the DON to ensure timely and accurate compliance between nurses, CNAs, and professional medical staff.
• Initiates and actively participates in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings.
• The RN/LPN Supervisor ensures the Interdisciplinary Care Plan addresses all triggered indicators.
• Collaborates with nursing caregivers and other disciplines to obtain information on residents' status and progress toward care plan goals.
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of other disciplines
• Prepares accurate reports of the Quality Measure/Quality Indicators (QM/QI) derived from the RAI/MDS. Performs tracking and trend analysis of this data to enhance the knowledge of the Interdisciplinary Team and improve the quality of care through performance improvement initiatives.
• Active involvement in Quality Improvement.
• Implements an educational plan to meet changing program or service needs for self and others.

Requirements:
