Job summary

Anderson Mill Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee the delivery of nursing care for residents on the 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift. The role includes assessing resident needs, supervising LPNs and CNAs, and coordinating care with the DON and Unit Manager.

The RN Supervisor will lead quality initiatives, prepare QM/QI reports, and participate in interdisciplinary care planning to improve resident outcomes. Competitive benefits accompany this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license required.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to coordinate care with LPNs and CNAs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery of care to residents and ensure adherence to care plans.
• Assess resident needs, administer nursing care, evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs to maintain high-quality care.
• Assist DON and Unit Manager with staffing decisions and onboarding.
• Prepare reports on QM/QI indicators and trends to support improvement.
• Lead Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings and ensure plan alignment.
