WeCare Centers in Montoursville, PA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team. This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and the opportunity to lead nursing staff in delivering compassionate care.

Formación

• RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA) must be valid.
• Experience as a RN supervisor or in leadership roles preferred.
• Ability to lead nursing staff and collaborate with DON and HR.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, support and guidance as a nurse supervisor.
• Maintain nursing staff performance through interventions with DON/HR/Facility Administrator.
• Ensure safe environment and proper techniques by nursing staff.
• Ensure proper documentation is completed by nursing staff.
• Communicate with Residents, families, vendors and interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in compliance and quality improvement committees and audits.
• Complete nursing staff evaluations, coaching, education, and supervision.
• Monitor direct care and conduct audits to ensure high quality care.
• Assume on-call duties with other Nursing Leadership Staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
