Job summary

Riverton Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and uphold individualized care plans in a compassionate setting.

You will administer medications, implement care plans, document accurately, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team while complying with infection control and safety standards. PA RN license and BLS CPR are required.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in PA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per nursing practice standards and care plans.
• Follow and implement care plans created by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per the plan of care.
