Job summary

Roosevelt Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a part-time role, 7a-7p or 7p-7a shifts, with Daily Pay options. The center values compassionate resident care, professional leadership, and regulatory compliance to deliver high-quality services.

The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing operations, support staff across shifts, and ensure timely, safe care while maintaining adherence to physician orders and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in PA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, and regulators.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families about changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and professional leadership.
