Job summary

Roosevelt Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Philadelphia is seeking an RN Supervisor for a part-time role with day or night shifts (EOW, 7a-7p or 7p-7a).

The position includes Daily Pay at a rate of $38/hr–$60/hr, with leadership responsibilities and clinical oversight to ensure safe, high-quality resident care. Join a team committed to Passion, Respect, and Excellence in a 240-bed facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in PA.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
