Job summary

Beachside Post Acute in Torrance, CA is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing care and deliver premier services. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and ensure care aligns with facility policies and regulatory guidelines.

Collaborating with the Director of Nursing, you will develop and implement individualized plans, document changes accurately, and respond to emergencies while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Valid California RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Strong clinical assessment, planning and nursing care implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments, monitor vital signs and document changes.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on residents' needs and goals.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists and other professionals.
• Ensure documentation and charting are accurate, complete and up-to-date.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Educate residents and families about healthcare needs and treatments.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations governing nursing care.
