Job summary

HMR Veteran Services is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor for the Richard M. Campbell Veterans Nursing Home in Anderson, SC. This full-time role requires guiding nursing staff, coordinating care, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

Candidates must hold a nursing degree, an active RN license in SC, and demonstrate leadership abilities. Prior supervision in long-term care is preferred. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• Must possess leadership/and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
• Prior experience as an RN Supervisor in a long-term care community is preferred.

Responsibilities

• The RN Supervisor is responsible to provide nursing supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.
