Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Minimum BSN at time of hire.
• 2 years of progressive responsibility in acute care setting.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates and assist with operations by functioning as the first line supervisor to staff.
• Participates in performance management of staff including coaching and evaluations.
• Optimizes patient flow and staff scheduling for clinical capacity.
• Facilitates timely throughput and handles service recovery to support retention.
• Addresses conflicts and supports discussions to maintain smooth operations.
• Participates in Quality and Patient Safety initiatives and committees.
• Coordinates orientation and assesses clinical competence of staff.
• Performs other duties as required.
