Job summary

Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor, RN for the night shift to lead the nursing team. The supervisor will develop and implement individualized care plans, oversee staff performance, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Under the Director of Nursing, you will coordinate daily unit operations, participate in rounds, and mentor nursing personnel to uphold high-quality resident care in a warm, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold PA RN license.
• Previous supervisor/leadership experience preferred.
• Geriatric care experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care plans and ensure individualized resident care.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate unit operations per shift.
• Assist in resident assessments and communicate with physicians.
