Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking an RN Supervisor in the US-GA-BAXLEY area. Lead and supervise care teams without continuous daily hands-on care, using your nursing expertise to guide and support caregivers.

You will balance clinical and administrative duties, ensuring high-quality in-home care, compliance with physician orders, and effective care plans while maintaining patient dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Must have no less than 2 years clinical experience, and at least 1 year in related management/supervisory role.
• Current or multi-state license in compliance with the state regulations.
• CPR professional certification.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company.
• Capable of working independently with highly confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Creates patient Plan of Care per Physician's orders and ensures compliance.
• Implements nursing support for individuals in a home setting.
• Reviews nursing documentation to ensure Field Nurse is following Physician's orders.
• Reviews MARs, verbal orders, medication profile management to match Physicians orders.
• Follows policies and procedures according to operation, state and regulatory standards.
• Completes supervisory visits based on compliance and regulations to include review of plan of care, caregiver competency assessment, and completion of required documentation.
• Training for Caregivers and Nurses as required.
• Participates in staff meetings, in‑services and other meetings as required.
