Markley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Norristown, PA is hiring an RN Supervisor for a full-time weekend shift (7am–7pm). The role provides nursing leadership to staff and ensures safe, high-quality resident care.

Qualified candidates must hold a PA RN license, BLS/CPR certification, and have at least 2 years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting. No prior supervisory experience is required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
