Job summary

The Encore at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a talented RN Supervisor to join our growing team. The RN Supervisor assumes primary nursing responsibilities for managing resident and staff activities and ensures care aligns with our policies and procedures.

The role directs care planning for geriatric residents, supervises Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments on a shift, collaborates with physicians, and ensures timely communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
• Current license to practice as an RN in FL.
• Previous experience in a nursing home leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Assure that quality nursing care is delivered and outcomes are focused.
• Implement plan of care consistently and efficiently with resident-centered outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals on care plans.
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort with current nursing practices.
• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments and activities on a unit and shift.
• Ensure timely communication of treatment and assessment information and documentation.
• Monitor and evaluate staff activities to ensure adherence to plans and physician instructions.
