Job summary

Encore at Boca Raton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Boca Raton, FL seeks an RN Supervisor to oversee resident and staff activities and ensure care aligns with policies. You will lead plan implementation, supervise nursing teams, and act as a role model in geriatric care.

Responsibilities include coordinating Charge, Treatment, and CNA assignments, communicating plans with physicians, and guaranteeing timely, quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
• Current license to practice as an RN in FL.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Charge, Treatment and CNA assignments and activities.
• Ensure nursing care is delivered as directed and treatment plans followed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals to update plans of care.
• Communicate treatment and assessment information promptly and accurately.
