Job summary

Complete Care in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead a bedside team and ensure resident-centered care. This full-time role offers shift coverage (2nd and 3rd with every other weekend) and opportunities to impact residents' lives.

Requirements include an active NJ RN license, 2+ years nursing and prior supervision in an LTC setting; HS diploma, strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• Active, valid New Jersey RN License.
• 2+ years of nursing experience.
• Previous supervision experience in an LTC facility.
• High School Diploma required.
• Reliable, passionate, and dedicated with strong communication skills.
