Job summary

Salary: Up to $125,000 per year

RN Supervisor - Join Our Leadership Team!

The Monarch at Brooklyn Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dynamic leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nursing professional to take on a key leadership role in a supportive and fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts

• Ensure high-quality resident care in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations

• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for nursing team members

• Oversee medication administration and treatment delivery

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes

• Respond to emergencies and provide clinical guidance as needed

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance standards are met

RN Supervisor Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of New York

• Prior supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred

• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
