Job summary

The role requires a current California RN license, CPR certification, and 2–4 years of direct care with supervisory experience. You will oversee admissions, report productivity and quality metrics, and maintain comprehensive records.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience providing direct care to multiple patients.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in California.
• Current valid CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing operational standards are met.
• Provide reports on productivity, quality, and customer service metrics.
• Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions.
• Handle complaints or other issues.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family, and friends.
• Keep records of nurses' files, patients' cases, and procedures.
• Handles Admissions.
• Other tasks as assigned.
