Seven Hills is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality, dignified care.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, flexible pay options, and a comprehensive benefits package, plus opportunities for education and career growth. RN license in state required; CPR/BLS certification and EHR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsabilités

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in delivering care in a SNF setting.
