Job summary

Wichita Presbyterian Manor is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise LPNs and nursing assistants. The role emphasizes person-centered care and compliance with applicable standards.

We offer a generous benefits package and a Premium Pay Plan with starting pay at $35.50 per hour plus shift and weekend differentials, with additional pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess current active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• Previous supervisor experience in hospital or long-term care setting preferred.
• Geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and related laws and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities by LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and regulations.
• Promote person-centered care and view the resident as home.
