Life Care Centers of America is seeking an RN Supervisor for the 3P-11P shift at our Scituate, MA location. You will coordinate patient care and services, promote quality care, and work closely with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to uphold Life Care standards.

The role requires an active RN license in good standing in Massachusetts and 2+ years of nursing experience, with geriatric experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Active RN license in good standing in Massachusetts and CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years’ nursing experience; geriatric nursing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate patient care and services and monitor quality outcomes.
• Direct licensed staff and CNAs to prioritize patient care needs.
• Assess patient needs and develop plans of care.
• Maintain excellent patient and family communication and service.
• Support emergency procedures and safe evacuation when needed.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and teamwork on an interdisciplinary team.
