Job summary

Opis-Senior-Services-Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. Under the Director of Nursing, you will supervise nursing personnel and oversee daily activities across all shifts, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
Current RN license in the state of employment.
Peripheral IV certification required.
Two years of clinical nursing experience.
One year of management experience (preferred).
One year of geriatrics or subacute care experience.
CPR/BLS certification.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; other languages helpful.

Responsibilities

Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance according to policies.
Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to identify and resolve concerns and improve services.
Identify problems or potential issues in resident care and implement corrective action promptly.
Provide written and verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing as needed.
Assist in coordinating nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.
