Job summary

Woodside Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise nursing personnel and oversee daily activities across shifts. Responsibilities include monitoring care delivery, coordinating with staff, and reporting to the Director of Nursing.

The role requires an active RN license in Florida, IV certification, and 2+ years of clinical nursing experience with a preference for those with management and geriatrics/subacute care exposure. CPR/BLS certification is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in Florida.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience preferred.
• One year of geriatrics or subacute care experience.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• English communication skills; multilingual helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to identify and resolve concerns and improve services.
• Identify problems or potential issues in resident care and implement corrective action promptly.
• Provide written and verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Assist in developing methods to coordinate nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.
