Job summary

Parkside Health and Rehabilitation Center in Florida is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee nursing staff and daily care across shifts. Under the Director of Nursing, you will supervise nursing personnel and ensure compliance with standards to deliver high-quality resident care.

Qualifications include BSN preferred, current FL RN license, IV certification, 2 years clinical nursing, 1 year of management (preferred) and CPR/BLS. We offer a sign-on bonus and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; active Florida RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience (preferred)
• Experience in geriatrics or subacute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to identify and resolve concerns.
• Identify problems or potential issues in resident care and implement corrective action.
• Provide written and verbal reports or recommendations to the Director of Nursing.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.
