Job summary

Ethan's Crossing is seeking an RN Supervisor to act as the clinical anchor of our recovery community. You will supervise the day-shift staff, assign tasks, and provide training to maintain high-quality care in a serene healing environment.

You will lead scheduling, address guest needs, and coordinate with leadership to ensure calm operations. RN licensure and nursing degree are required, along with a 21+ age minimum and active State Board licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in good standing.
• Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-shift nursing team, delegate tasks, and provide training to ensure high-quality care.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and guest concerns, communicating with facility leadership to maintain peace of mind.
• Monitor guest care, lead code drills, and ensure safe detoxification.
• Orient families to the program and uphold the facility's mission of honesty and excellence.
