Seven Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the 3pm–11pm shift. The role assists the Director of Nursing and coordinates day-to-day nursing operations on the floor.

Qualifications

• RN with experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current CPR certification.
• State licensure or certifications compliant with state requirements.
• No disciplinary action against license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct nursing services.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and facility policies and procedures.
• Review staff grievances and report to the Director of Nursing.
• Maintain adequate stock of medications and supplies.
• Develop assessments of the nursing needs of each resident.
• Make nursing/aide assignments as indicated.
• Encourage staff to attend and participate in outside training programs.
