Autumn Care of Portsmouth is seeking a compassionate RN to assess residents, plan individualized care, and deliver nursing care in a skilled nursing facility. You will supervise nursing staff to maintain high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of work.
Must possess CPR or BLS certification.

Administer and evaluate nursing care in a SNF setting.
Supervise nursing assistants and other staff to ensure quality care.
