Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate care, supervising nursing assistants and other staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local standards and health policies in SNF setting.
