HMR Veteran's Services is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality care in a long-term care setting in Alabama. This role emphasizes supervision, coordination, and compliance with standards, with opportunities for leadership and career growth.

Applicants must hold a nursing degree and an active Alabama RN license, with prior supervisory experience preferred. This position is full-time and located on-site at our facility.

Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in Alabama.
• Must have leadership and supervisory ability.
• Prior experience as an RN Supervisor in a long-term care facility preferred.

Responsibilities:

• The RN Supervisor is responsible to provide nursing supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.

Key Qualifications:

• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state.
• Must possess leadership/and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
• Prior experience as an RN Supervisor in a long-term care community is preferred.
