HMR Veterans Services is seeking an experienced LPN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care. You will work with the Director of Nursing to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications

Position Summary

As an LPN Supervisor, you will play a critical leadership role in overseeing daily nursing operations and supporting the delivery of high-quality resident care. Working closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, you will help ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Required Education & Licensure

• Current, active, and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.

Experience

• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare setting preferred.
