Luther Wood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Hatboro, PA is seeking an RN House Supervisor to lead the nursing team and ensure high-quality care. This salaried role emphasizes guiding care delivery, coordinating resident care plans with the interdisciplinary team, and maintaining standards of practice.

You will assess residents' health status, update care plans, train new staff, and respond to emergencies following established protocols to deliver exceptional resident care every day.
