Job summary

Steuben Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Bath, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead the nursing team and supervise daily resident care.

Responsibilities include scheduling staff, ensuring safety, maintaining documentation, and supporting residents and families. A valid RN license and LTC experience are required; familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license.
• Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience.
• Strong and positive Team Director for all staff.
• Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
