Job summary

Steuben Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Bath, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead a designated nursing unit, ensure clinical excellence, and mentor staff.

The role requires a valid NY State RN license, 3 years LTC experience (2 years as Charge Nurse preferred), and strong communication and computer skills. Steuben Center is dedicated to dignified, home-like care and staff development.
