Job summary

Sapphire Nursing and Rehab at Goshen, a 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Goshen, NY, seeks RN Supervisors for the 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am shifts to oversee daily clinical activities and coordinate care for residents.

Candidates must hold a NYS RN license and a current BLS certificate, with 3 years RN experience preferred; responsibilities include supervising LPNs/CNAs, ensuring safety, and maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current NYS Registered Nurse license is required.
• Current BLS certificate is required.
• 3 years RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical activities of health care personnel (LPNs and CNAs).
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate resident care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Interpret patient information to make critical clinical decisions and administer care.
• Maintain infection control standards and participate in care planning meetings.
• Mentor LPNs and CNAs and ensure compliance with policies.
