Job summary

You will oversee staffing, patient flow, bed management, and model professional standards while mentoring team members and recognizing contributions. Collaborate with administrators, physicians, and peers to uphold policies and regulatory guidelines and participate in evaluation processes with the Clinical Manager.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; TNCC, ACLS, PALS or ENPC certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, patient flow, and bed management.
• Mentorship, support, and recognition of staff.
• Ensure adherence to policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in evaluation processes with the Clinical Manager.
