AtWork Group is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor for night shifts in Tulsa, OK. Starting pay is $40.12/hour for a full-time role with 3x12s (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). You will lead and mentor nursing staff, ensuring exceptional patient care and compliance with hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma or Compact RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff during the assigned shift.
• Coordinate staffing assignments and adjust staffing levels based on patient needs.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate nursing personnel.
• Monitor compliance with hospital policies and attendance standards.
• Assist with patient placement, bed management, and patient flow throughout the facility.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and ancillary departments.
• Respond to changing patient conditions with sound clinical judgment.
• Monitor quality of care and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Identify educational opportunities and assist with staff development.
• Support nursing policies, procedures, and evidence-based practice.
