Emerald Nursing and Rehabilitation in Elizabethtown, PA, is hiring a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) for DAY SHIFT. You will supervise nursing staff, oversee clinical operations during your shift, and ensure high-quality resident care in a supportive, family-like environment.

Formación

• Valid Pennsylvania RN license in good standing.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for long-term care.

• Conduct rounds to monitor resident care and address concerns.

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
• Oversee clinical operations during your assigned shift
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident care and address any concerns
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staff

Registered Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania RN license in good standing
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for long-term care
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
