Job summary

Emerald Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care at our Elizabethtown, PA facility. You will supervise clinical operations on the 3-11 (EVE) shift and partner with an interdisciplinary team to implement compassionate care plans.

Qualified candidates hold a PA RN license, with prior supervisory experience and strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania RN license in good standing.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
• Oversee clinical operations during your assigned shift
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident care and address concerns
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
• Oversee clinical operations during your assigned shift
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident care and address any concerns
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to nursing staff

Registered Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania RN license in good standing
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for long-term care
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
