Forest Park Nursing and Rehabilitation in Carlisle, PA is seeking an RN Supervisor for the 11-7 shift. You will lead nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, maintain accurate records, and manage staffing schedules in a fast-paced skilled nursing setting.

Qualified candidates must hold a PA RN license (or be licensed) with LTC experience preferred. The facility offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, tuition reimbursement, health and dental insurance, flexible scheduling, and a family-like work
