Job summary

Kearsley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Philadelphia is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote high-quality resident care. This role supports clinical leadership and coordinates care across shifts.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules with weekend options, competitive hourly wages from $38 to $60, daily pay, and robust benefits. Candidates must hold PA RN license and BLS, with at least 2 years in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, staff, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
