Job summary

Ochsner LSU Health is seeking a registered nurse to oversee the regional occupational and employee health programs. You will lead initiatives to protect and promote staff health across the organization, ensuring services align with safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires a valid RN license and at least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health. You will collaborate with leadership, coordinate onboarding, screenings and vaccinations, and manage program

Current RN license in state of practice.
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational or employee health.
Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing required.

Responsibilities

Oversee planning, development, and evaluation of occupational and employee health programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational standards.
Coordinate onboarding, drug screens, vaccinations, and workers' compensation processes.
Prepare performance evaluations and monitor time/attendance for the department.
Facilitate onboarding for new employees within the department.
Maintain OSHA standards compliance and regulatory requirements.
Perform other related duties as required.
