Qualificações

• RN with current license in the state of practice.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Minimum of 3 years' work experience in nursing.
• Knowledge of OSHA and healthcare regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with employee health leadership to plan and evaluate programs.
• Ensures adherence to substance abuse guidelines and applicable standards.
• Coordinates onboarding health programs including screenings and vaccinations.
• Prepares evaluations and monitors attendance and payroll for the department.
• Onboards new employees within the department.
• Maintains compliance with OSHA standards and requirements.
• Performs other related duties as required.
