Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with employee health leadership to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate occupational and employee health programs.
• Ensures substance abuse program guidelines and federal, state, and organizational standards are followed.
• Coordinates onboarding health activities (drug screens, vaccinations, WC).
• Prepares performance evaluations and monitors time/attendance for the department.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA standards and regulatory requirements.
